Not much else you can do other than work on it and rock it around. The E-Brake shoe only releases a little and it also floats inside the drum. They can be fun if the shoe has flexed some.
If your doing a brake job on it replace the shoe with the newer version and adjust the clearance before you put the rotor back on.
