2000 Blazer wont start in the cold

Car has 68 K miles, new battery, electricals, belts, fuel filter. When it gets to about 10 degrees above zero it wont start. AAA mechanic said battery output, coil, etc was good. Dealer checked fuel pump at 62 psi. Use largely ethonal blend gas. Any ideas? Dont want to replace fuel pump at $700 or so.

When you say "wont start", what do you mean?

Does the starter turn the engine over? Does the starter spin but does engage with the flywheel? Do your lights work when it does want to start? Does the engine crank without the engine trying to start?

We need more info, please.
