Ratings on door are; GVWR 5950,GAWR - FRT 2800 , GAWR -RR 3150. Payload=1599 Astro is V6 Put new brakes on camper & Equalizer hitch also trans cooler. Didn't have towing package. Van in good shape. Concerned about ability of van to pull this load. Not much info on internet.
You did a little home work here which is good. The only realy questions here are where do you plan to tow it (how far and flat or hilly) and the axle ratio you have because the axle ratio can make or break you with towing. If the option code in glove bo us GU4 that is a
3.08 and that is not good, If it is a GU6, that is a 3.42 and that is the minimum you want here for your planed load and a GT4 which is a 3.73 is better still and you would do fine with that.
