when it won't start you are going to have to see if there's good spark or not ...and for fuel

Is it flooding out when you try to hot-start it? A faulty CTS will cause the injectors to dump fuel into the mixture even when the engine is hot causing a no-start condition. Try cracking the throttle plates wide open next time it won't hot-start and she if she turns over.

Just the opposite, when the engine was hot it WAS dumping fuel which caused the problem. Hot engines need less fuel than cold engines in the mixture.
