S10 ZR2 4.3L oil analysis

Hi,

Here is the analysis that I did. I dont drive the truck much, but last analysis I saw a glycol contamination and elevated Na/K levels. This time the Na and K levels are still a bit high, but no glycol (perhaps because of the low mileage). This was with Castrol GTX 5w-30, BTW. Filter changed because I put some Schaeffers Neutra in the oil (a non-solvent ester-type cleaning agent... Ester oils are very similar to redline, and have great cleaning properties), because on my last fill (which was a 5w-40 synth), I felt the engine was bogged down more than it should have been for a 40wt oil, and so perhaps sitting most of the time caused the oil to do some weird things. Anyway, here is the info... Extrapolating to 3000mi, the oil amount is ~

9ppm, not bad for an OTC dino oil.
