rubbing noise from the rear end

i hope someone can help I have a 2000 Audi A3 1.8T quattro and there is a rubbing noise coming from the rear wheels each time i take off whith the steering turned and this happens in both directions. P.S does anyone know what grade of gear oil is used in the rear diff
