HAS ANY ONE DONE THIS. CAN IT BE DONE ENTIRELY UNDER THE CAR WITHOUT LIFTING OF THE HB CONSOLE INSIDE THE CAR/ TO FIT THE CABLES TO LEVER ITSELF? ANY HELP?
