It can't be from Britain, there is no such thing as a helmet allowed
with the Prince of Wales ears.

I remember wearing a wonderful Avari.    The wind would catch the
visor and my head would SNAP BACK.

Ouch. It weighed 4 kilos.

Oh for the HANS device in those days.  1976.

What's really super now is that there are helmets made of carbon fibre
that are the same size, but weigh nothing.       9 years-ago they were
expensive and in the thousands, now it's what you want for $400.

It's all good.
