1988 Chevy S10 4.3l No Start Question

I am currently replacing a 2.5l 4 cylinder engine with a 4.3l V6 in a

1988 Cheverolet S10 4x4 pickup. All the drivetrain and wiring has been swapped. The truck started and ran like a charm for a few days but now it won't start at all. It will crank fine and fire intermittently for about a second but never actually runs. The TBI is injecting the gas into the intake manifold and so far we have replaced the ignition module, all the plugs, wires, cap, rotor and coil. I am stumped but it seems like the computer is not triggering the coil. Both coils were in the correct resistance range on the ohmmeter and I am receiving a 12v+ constant on the main wire. Any help is greatly appreciated.
