Wondering if anyone else has had a bunch of problems with these trucks or do I just have a lemon ?? It's a 2002 with 6.0 liter engine, 12000 miles, engine knocks, rear end noise, lots of ABS problems, now doors won't lock and key reminder chimes constantly like the key is in the ignition and door is open. I'm about ready to unload it, can you say HEMI ??
I have the same truck. No problems with door locks nor ABS. I do have the engine knock, which GM says is normal... I also had the rear end diff drained and checked out, it chattered a bit. New fluid and no problems so far.
You can check the internet for "Piston Slap", the problem with the knock that GM says is not a problem... I have 25k on mine and quite frankly, other than the engine knock, which isnt bad really, I love the truck. I think you do have a lemon...

I have an '03 2500HD with about 18K Miles. So far the only problem I have noticed is a mild clunk noise coming from the front end periodically when backing up, especially when backing up with the wheels turned sharply to the right. I intend to take it to the dealer to be looked at soon.
Check earlier posts by me for problems with my truck. They are extensive and can repeat them again if you want. Had rear end seal replaced due to clunking, and really no probs with ABS,
