98 S-10 Blazer won't start sometimes

I have a 98 S-10 Blazer which won't start at times.

I can drive it for a week or two and it runs fine, then suddenly it is parked and it won't start.

I can hear the fuel pump. I've changed camshaft and crankshaft sensors, and the fuel filter.

It acts like it wants to start at first (the engine turns over).

It ran fine all summer but now that it's cold in Michigan this problem started.

It's in the shop right now and the mechanic has been able to start it every day for the last three weeks.

I'd appreciate any help you can offer. Any ideas?

David

Battery connections. Check the connections from the battery to the starter! Also check the battery terminals. Clean the battery terminals with a battery terminal brush. Clean them until the are bright not dull and coated with a dull erosion. Clean them terminals and that mostly is the problem on most of the starting no starting problems, more than fifty percent of the time. Clean them terminals. And yes it has something to do with the weather. In the summer in fair dry weather the vechicle may start, in damp cold weather the vehicle may not start. Clean them terminals.
