Yep. Roller cam, & roller lifters. You should alos change your rocker arms to roller tips.

Can anyone tell me if my 90 C1500 tbi 350 has a roller cam? Im in the process of buying parts for a much needed rebuild and the truck is still in use. Thanks for any help

--------------------------------------------------------------- Do roller tip rocker arms really make any difference on street vehicles? I mean I can see maybe a little difference at race speeds,but I don't think the expense is justified for a vehicle that lives in the

1-5000 RPM range.I could be wrong and if so would be glad to be corrected but my wifes 350 cu motor had over 210,000 miles on it after 27 hard years of service and I looked at the rockers and they all looked good with MINIMAL wear.So where is all this "friction" to be avoided by spending hundreds of dollars on roller tips?

Negative, Ghost rider, pickups used flat tappet cams and lifters. The car engines used rollers. GM didn't use rollers in truck v8 engines until the Vortec motors came out in 96.
