it's like the Ford Ranger and Mazda they were the exact same truck for several years in the 90's

Hells Bells, the current Mazda B-whatever is the Ranger. It used to be that Mazda built the Ranger for Ford, but it is now Ford that builds the Mazda pickup for Mazda. The more things change, the more they stay the same..
