When I drive over 50mph my 2000 blazer has a vibration. What could this be? It hasn't done this in the past.
Check tire pressure (should be 35psi). If it still vibrates have all 4 wheels balanced. If it still vibrates have the alignment checked out and front end repaired if needed. If it still vibrates post back and we'll take it from there. You probably just lost a wheel weight and have a tire off-balance.

I did have the tire in for repair two weeks ago. Slow leak, it was a valve stem. I don't go on the highway that much, so I'm not sure if that timeframe would point to this last servicing or not. I do know in Sept. it was okay because I was on a long trip.
There are lots of things that can cause a vibration at higher speeds, the things I listed are the most common. It is possible that when they popped the tire off and replaced the valve stem they forgot to balance the wheel.
If they have any type of service warranty I'd bring er' in and have them check it out.
