My turn signals work for a few minutes, and the fuse blows. I put a new one in, and it blew again. Any ideas for repair of this. A 79 G20 Chevy Van :)

relacing the fuse with a bulb ( gator clips w/lead wires ) will allow you to do some trouble shooting. There might be a bulb or socket shorting out popping the fuse. Trialer hitch lighting plugs can alsocause problems which could open that fuse.

If you have a wiring harness for a trailer, check it out to make sure wires aren't broken, touching, shorting out, etc. Many years ago, I had one almost drive me absolutely crazy unti I figured out that it was the root of the problem.
