What Lower Intake Manifold is best to use as a replacement

I need to replace the lower intake manifold on my 97 5.7L K1500 'burb engine. Doing a search online shows several different options, which is the best/cost effective option to go with?

Also best gasket option so i don't have to dig this thing back out in a couple years.
