I have seen a few, TSB 23-044-02 addresses this problem. If the vehicle is still within 10/100k miles you may get some help thru Chrysler to fix it under the rust protection warranty.

I have it scheduled for repair, and it seems to involve some adhesives. It has about 85000 MI. on it.
