Chrysler Concorde 94...Looking for the Paint Color Code for the Rear Bumper

I'm trying to find the paint number of the grey bumper...yellow is showing. I found the primary paint number on the Body Code Plate in the engine compartment...it's pgf, emerald green pearl.

I've tried to google the answer with no luck.

Where can I find the paint code?
