Does anyone know the required Toe-in value for the frontwheel alignment of a Cirrus (Stratus in EU)?

It's a 4 cyl 2.0L model from 1999.

The acceptable range is -0.6 to +0.6 degrees. The preferred setting is 0.0 degrees
