High Pitched "Tone" 97 Plymouth Grand Voyager

My voyager has 100,000+ miles on it. I hear a high pitched tone (not the squeal you get from a slipping belt). I don't always hear it. It seems most noticeable when it's damp like on dewy damp mornings. I know I've heard it before over the years. (Got van new in Jan 97). My serpentine belt has been changed several times over the years. Last time I had the oil changed I asked about it. They said dirt got on the pulleys and the belt was fine. They said they cleaned it off and it seemed to help for a few days but then started again. Is this typical? Any feedback on this?

From the description and mileage, it sounds to me like a bearing (alternator, power steering, air conditioner, water pump) going bad. You need to isolate to source by listening and possibly ad carefully using a spray lubricant to see if you can make it go away.
