My beloved 01 PT Cruiser Limited has started to blow its horn without any action on my part. Not very often mind you but not good. Is it the clock spring or some other part I should look for?

My beloved 01 PT Cruiser Limited has started to blow its horn without any action on my part. Not very often mind you but not good. Is it the clock spring or some other part I should look for?
It was mostly the 1996 Chrysler minivans that had that problem. Is the Airbag light on too?
