Blimey....sounds like you?re having a ball with your Chrysler ! If it was myself looking at the problem I?d work backwards. When it won?t turn over on the starter motor you?ll need to find out if there?s power from the ignition as well as the battery being supplied to the motor. An easy test is to remove the starter relay in the fuse box and place a jumper wire across the Batt+ive and +ive output to the starter. If it turns over then the fault lies in the circuit from the ignition to the relay. Hope this is of help Tina
