If you're going to do that, you might as well pay the same $25 for a year of alldata.com subscription. You get complete and accurate (right out of the FSM) schematics, plus some other stuff (access to full TSB', some info out of the FSM, though not complete).

That's not been my experience with subscriptions for 6 vehicles.

For schematics, they are right out of the FSM. The procedural and informational stuff, while very incomplete, is right out of the FSM for what it does have.

Give me an example of a vehicle for which the wiring diagrams are not

100% right out of the FSM.

US plastic and 10 minutes set up AND YOU GOOD FOR A YEAR withwhat ever repair info you need on it and TSB and some parts and laborinfo. Well worth what it will save you on one repair.

Or give us some info on what it is doing or not doing along with year make and model and engine transmission and mileage and some one might be able to help you.

Are they also not wrong in the FSM? Again, my experience has been that the wiring diagrams/schematics are the same ones (not redrawn) that are in the FSM. My guess is that they are then also wrong in the FSM. ANd I would not be surprised since GM and Ford FSM's have the worst documentation I have ever seen in a factory manual. Chrysler manuals are pretty good.

So the question to you is: Are the colors for those wires not also wrong in the FSM?

Hmmm - no answer. I think my assumption that the FSM and alldata schematic are the same is correct - if one is wrong, they both are wrong beacuse one is copied from the other.
