Picasso display changes

Would I be correct in thinking that there is an "engineering menu" or something similar that enables changes to be made? Specifically the cruise control on my automatic will not engage much below 40 m.p.h. As I do a lot of my mileage in 30 m.p.h. zones it would be useful to reduce the minima. Directions to any sites on this subject would be welcome. TIA.

I also own an Picasso automatic. I also am complaining about the lousy 62 km/hr the cruise control starts to function. On my holiday last year, I've been to a dealer in France . And after a day of investigation he (washed the car and) gave the following answer:

VDO delivers one type of cruisecontrol to Citroen. Citroen doesn't alter anything on this cruisecontrol and depending on the type of the car it engages earlier or later. There is no possibelity of changing the settings of the cruisecontrol, not via the menu (I saw al the menulines on the computer as he showed it to me) nor on the cruisecontrol itself. I had to live with the 62 km/h instead the desired 50 km/h, so it be.
