I recently borrowed a tom tom navigation system which attaches to the windscreen only to find it kept losing it's signal in normal conditions,the manual said some vehicles have heat reflective windscreens that could effect it's performance. Has a picasso got a heat reflected windscreen? many thnx in advanced

Have a look for a "clearer" patch without the coating - probably centre top or centre bottom, or try it in the side window.
