62 Chevy 235CI Valve adjustment and points gap?

Help, I have a 1962 Chevy and need to know how to adjust the valves? Solid lifters not hydraulic. Any help much appreciated. Also, what is the correct gap on the points?
Thanks Steve

Here's om info on the low-pressure 235. I would think the valve adjustment procedure would be the same. Maybe the lash numbers would be different. If you have the lash settings from your 62 service manual, I'd like to know them. I have a 62 235 in my 53 3100. http://www.speedprint.com/Deves50/ValveAdjust.html
