My mate has run his own bodyshop / restoration business for twenty years or more, and I don't think he even possesses a mask or extractor. I am always amazed at how he seems to be unaffected - I go outside when he sprays a small panel, I hate to think what a full respray would kick out. I know he uses mainly cellulose but I think he does some 2-pack stuff too. He probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone else but I suppose his health is his own concern.
