1995 Corvette Problems (security ??)

I own a 1995 Corvette. It has 6,000 miles on it. I had to replace the original equipment battery this summer. After I put the replacement battery in I did not try to start it for about a month. When I did finally try to start it the new battery was completely drained. After trying to charge it I determined it was ruined so I got another battery. This time I tried to start it ASAP...nothing. The system shut down. I can get it to fire by jumping the solinoid on the starter. It will fire and run for a few seconds and then it dies. I have checked all the fuses under the hood by the battery, both boxes and they are good. I don't have power to these fuses inside "mini-fuses" #1,5,9,10,11,12,13,14 or 15. I was able to find two fuse links by the battery and they checked out ok. I swaped the starter relay and rear window defroster relay, they are the saame, and still it won't allow the starter to work. I had a friend try his snap-on engine analizer and it won't communicate with the car's computer. I read in the owner manual the security system may shut the starter and fuel pump down if the key is the wrong one, but I tryed both original equipment keys and still the starter won't work. I took a AMP check to see how much drain is on the battery with everything off and there is about 3.20 amps drain. I have owned the car since new and like I said, I only have about

6,000 miles on it . It sits in the garage all the time. The instrument panel "speed-ometer, fuel guage, odometer, trip and info doesn't come on either with the key on. The info center works fine with the key on. Any ideas???

Look for a corroded ground some where...check alternator wires/bolts.....also try lights/horn etc to see what works.
