figured out the fill problem the high speed fan relay

I try to put gas in and the pump shuts off i have to pump it 3cent at a time its like the vent is not working on the tank to let the air escape the guy i bought it from said he had a new fuel pump put in and its done it every since .

the check engince just came back on with the code P0455 EVAP Emission Control System Leak (Large) i was wonder if the 2 may be related or what is the most comon cause for this besides the gas cap

When the fuel pump was installed the return vent hose that goes into the tank got kinked, that's why you cant put gas in it fast, take it back to whoever put the pump in it and tell then to put the vent hose in without kinking it. The evap hose can be a number of things, anything from a broken hose or another vent hose loose or cracked,
