That all depends on what kind of vehicle it is and what year. If its an older Chrysler, then yea, it will turn on as soon as compressor turns on. If its a newer Chrysler then no, it may only turn on when the discharge temp is above 350psi If you are gonna post a question post as much as you know about your problem, such as year and make.
