PLYMOTH/BREEZE Question

Does anyone know the setup heights and distances to set up the headlights on a 98 Breeze. I read about this in a manual for a Neon but can't seem to find that info on the breeze. The Neon had you mark the center of the low beams with the lights right next to the wall and then move the car back 25 feet and the center of the low beams was supposed to be 5" below the center mark. I'm not sure what the initial height was supposed to be for the Neon but this was just an example of what I had heard, hopefully someone has the setup for the Breeze.

Next question about the breeze is where did they hide the resistor bank for the heater fan motor speeds. On my caravan the little resistor bank is on the fire wall, passengers side about 5 inches down from the engine bonnet but they seem to have this one hid. Is access to it from the engine side of the fire wall or from the inside of the car. Maybe I should be looking inside.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Before aiming the headlamps you should have a full tank of gas, and make sure the tires are properly inflated. Position vehicle on a level surface perpendicular to a flat wall (25 ft.) away from front of headlamp lens tape a line on the floor (25 ft.) away from and parallel to the wall. From the ground up (5 ft.), tape a line on the wall at the center line of the vehicle. Sight along the center line of the vehicle (from rear of vehicle forward) to verify accuracy of the line placement. Rock vehicle side-to-side 3 or 4 times to allow suspension to stabilize. Jounce front suspension 3 or 4 times by pushing downward on front bumper and releasing. Measure the distance from the center of headlamp lens to the ground. Transfer measurement to the wall (with tape) Use this line for up/down adjustment reference. Measure distance from the center line of the vehicle to the center of each headlamp being aligned. Transfer measurements to wall (with tape) to each side of vehicle center line. Use these lines for left/right adjustment reference A properly aimed left low beam headlamp will project the center of the low beam hot spot on the alignment screen 8 in. below the horizontal center line and 5 in. right of headlamp center line. A properly aimed right low beam headlamp will project the center of the low beam hot spot on the alignment screen 7 in. below the horizontal center line and 9 in. right of headlamp center line wall

Glenn do you know where the speed resistor block is located that controls the speed of the fan motor. I'm pretty sure this is burnt out as we now only have high speed on the heater fan motor. I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Did you look inside the blower?

Mounted into the heater box just below the glove box, you may have to remove a shield under the glove box to access it. Depending on which resistor is in your vehicle will depend on if you have to modify the hole in the box to allow the updated resistor to work (if you purchase this part from MOPAR)
