Thumping in brake after service

Last week I posted about a squeek from the front brakes. Local Big-O tire shop replaced pads and turned one rotor, replaced one rotor, also flushed brake system. (105,000 miles on the car). It was fine on the way home, but last evening I took the car out (first time after service) and heard AND felt a thumping at slow speed when the brake pedal is applied. It almost sounds like it is in time with the wheel rotation. We put the car back in the garage. Due to my schedule, I can't get it back to them for a day or so. (2nd car, usually garaged till weekends). Anyone have any ideas as to what could have gone wrong? It definitely sounds like it's coming from the right front (the one that had the problem). 1997 Dodge Caravan ES Thanks in advance. PS I have been using this shop for some time for all my service and have had no problems in the past with the quality of repairs.
