Heater blower motor issue

I have a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan and the heater blower will only work on the high setting. On any other setting the blower will not work at all. Does
anyone have a clue to what I need to do to fix it?

Change the resistor block. This article shows you how to do it on a Dakota truck but it's the same procedure for your Grand Caravan. It's located behind your glove-box. http://www.popularmechanics.com/automotive/sub_care_clinic/1927487.html?view=month
