Tow bar - Fiat Marea

I'm looking to fit a caravan tow bar (twin plug) to my 2000 Fiat Marea

115 ELX saloon. They seem to be extremely expensive. Am I looking in the wrong place? Anybody got any advice, second hand in the UK?.
