'69 Z/28...$5100 and I missed it!

Man...I can not believe what I saw in yesterday's paper. The listing was this:

1969 Camaro Z/28, 302, 4-speed, 22k original miles, all original, blue/white stripes, MINT condition, $5100 OBO

Well...I RAN straight to the phone to call the guy and tell him I DEFINATELY wanted it...it was already gone! He said it sold first thing in the morning. Dammit, dammit, dammit!

Somebody out there got the deal of a lifetime! I cannot believe there is anyone out there that doesn't know this car was worth A LOT more than $5100!

Don't sweat it. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Could have been a pig with lipstick.

I've seen these "mint" cars advertised and most were heaps. 5100 sounds low for ANY Camaro in decent shape. Paint costs $5000 to do right nowadays.
