Horn Relay / 1968 Firebird / Wiring problems

When I bought my 'bird.. it came w/o horns..so after getting a couple from ebay.. and testing them.. and then mounting them... I now need to wire them up to the horn relay

I have the original Delco Remy relay in there..but I do not know where to wire it too ??

Also.. I need to know which wire is the one that goes to the horn button on the steering wheel.. in case i have to test that..

Over the years... it looks like there has been some fooling around with the wires in there.. so I don't know if the relay works at all..or if it is wire correctly as it is..

does anyone have a good diagram of just that part?? thank you in advance..

M.

Get yourself a factory assembly manual. It will have everything you need to know about your car. If you can not find it, you can always use the Camaro factory assembly manual for the wiring diagram. I know that somewhere there is a web site with the information you are looking for but it has been a couple of years since I needed it.

Get the factory assembly manual AND the GM shop manual. Both will guide you putting it back to the way it's supposed to be.

Both are necessary (not optional) investments with old cars. Joe--ASE Certified Parts Specialist & 10th Ann.Club Tech Director '80 Carousel Red Turbo T/A, 27k orig. '79 "Y89" 400/4 speed 10th Ann. T/A, 57k orig '84 Olds 88 Royale Bgm 2 dr, 307 "Rocket" (lol), 143k and still going....
