After reading your message about rare items....
I was wondering if you could shed some light on what I have?
I can't find actual production # for this optioned car.
The car is a 81 Z28,T-top,4- speed 305, 3:42 dog leg.
(Only a 305 was allowed with the 4 speed in the US for 81 )
This car was also built in Norwood .
One book I have says 20k or so were Z's,next page says 40k were,
but no break down for the tranny option.
Thanks for your time......Stan
Z28 Spec Perf Pac
64B Doeskin cloth
64I Doeskin Mix
29LDk Blue Met
2Dr Std Camaro
Under this info it has on the build sheet 29
with 11 -2's to form the # 2 and 14-9's to form the9
under that is
UW RR Shocks
Also note by your info, only 3604 were made with the F41 suspention,
I suspect this is all camaro's made and not Z28's only
This info also doesn't contain the Norwood VS Van Nuys breakdown.
Looking for specific info on the way mine is optioned fron Norwood
Thanks for the info though.......Stan
Check this site out, it's where I got that rpo list from. Probably the most
info on 2nd gen camaros in any one spot anywhere. My '73 RS/Z-28 is 1 of 394
that were sold in Canada.
