Have you also checked for the any type of drag on that side.

  1. Brakes dragging more on that side than the other.
  2. Is the air pressure the same in both tires.
  3. Is the wheel bearing worn to the point where it is cocking the wheel so it is dragging the brake pad.

Could it also be the crown of the road?

> Did they give you a print out? Most alignment shops these days "set the > toe and let it go". Very few will take the time to do it right.
