07 MY Explorer Eddie Bauer v8 4x4 has CLUNK when starting and stopping

My 98 sport did this too. They'd "tighten" something related to the driveshaft, but it would reappear.

I'm 1 year in a 3 year lease? Can anyone tell me what this might be and if I'll have to live with it another 2 years!?
