2001 Explorer Sport INTERIOR paint

I'm getting ready to sell a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport and in the process, trying to fix up a few things. Not sure how many Sports are like mine, but in the interior of the car, the middle consol, the face of the stereo/climate control, and the door handles are painted a matte silver color, which, of course, has scratched off some over the years. In place of the silver paint, all you can see is dull off whitish plastic. Does anyone know if this can be touched up or is these strictly replacements only? Any suggestions for fixing them up without having to replace the parts?
