Look for a blown power resistor, usually located in the blower assembly. It will be a plug in unit with 3 wires.

This is a Limited? With EATC (Electronic Automatic Temperature Control)? Where you can just push the "Automatic" button and set the temperature?

There's a fan speed controller module underneath the fan blower in the engine compartment. No fan speed resistor. It's a module that's somewhere around $120-$200 USD.

register, and search on "EATC" "Fan" "Speed" etc. There's a thread somewhere with photos of how to get to this module.

The high blow on ac (max) and on heat is on a diferent circuit than the other speeds. That's about as much as I can tell you.

Hey, FWIW the high speed circuit on the Blower Motor Speed Controller is a relay in the controller that bypasses the transistor, which is used for slower speeds. Thats why usually these things still work on high only when the crap out. Just passing some gas here. Audios.
