'96 XLT; How to remove plastic panel on hatchback door????

There's a new rattle coming from the rear door... ughhhh? Can anyone please tell me how to remove the plastic panel so I can see what it is? I tried to pry the plastic panel edge up but I'm afraid I'm going to break it....
