Ford has the worst customer service! I took my new 04 Lariet screw for a oil change and have them look into a noisy ashtray rattle. 5 hours later it was done and to my surprise nothing wrong with the ash tray. I argued with the service manager about it to no avail. Itried to speak to the general manager too. I have sent nasty e-mails to the dealer ship with no response. Lastly, do you know when you take a vehicle in for service and a week or two later you'll get a questioneer in the mail about your customer experience?.....gee I never got one here!
