According to my local dealer, nationwide backorder. My order has been with them for 3 months.

99 seems kinda new for that crap....mind you, this isn't a high volume part. Sad to say that this will likely go "obsolete - not replaced" before they cough one up.... That leaves the auto wreckers as the likely choice.... you'll be better served visiting them for something like this.
