I just picked up two Sylvania Silverstar 9007 bulbs to replace the existing headlight bulbs in my 97 explorer. Does each bulb provide high and low beam? Also, does anyone know if the Silverstar H3 bulb fits and is street legal for use in the stock fog lights? Thanks.
I installed mine about one month ago and they are great, they won't have a bluish tinge like all those cool imports but the brightness that you get from these lights are amazing. They are high and low beam, I guess when high beams are used their either get brighter or another filament is lit up or something I am not sure. I don't have fog lights on mine so I don't know about that.
