Squeaks over speed bumps.

My 96 Explorer 4wd 4.0 AT squeaks when i go over speed bumps at 5-10 mph. I replaced the factory shocks with monroe reflex about 50k mi ago. I also hear a clunk from the front end sometimes when I'm going 30-40 mph or making a u-turn. I don't know much about front end suspension and I'm going to take it in to see if shop can find fuel evap leak anyway so if anyone cares to take a guess at my front end noise, I would appreciate it. tia.

It could be the stabilizer bar bushings. They are easy to remove and lubricate. You can try it yourself. They are U-shaped bushings held in by U-shaped brackets.

Shortly after I replaced my radius arm bushings AND did the engine clean thing with spray on engine cleaner, including under the engine and the transmission and everything else, I got a lot of squeaks, particularly over speed bumps. I figured the cleaning must have dried out all the rubber bushings. So I took silicone spray and saturated all the rubber parts with it a couple times. Got rid of just about all the squeaks and groans.
