1993 F150 4x4 Auto trans problem......??????

The Transmission clanks and rattles when you take off from a stop. It doesn't do it near as bad if you pull it down into 1. Not at all in reverse. there is a slight clutter when in park. When you slow down to a stop, just before you stop the truck seems to want to lurch forward real bad. Soemtimes when taking of it will rev up as you hit the gas and not go at all if you have it in drive or 2. After getting going it shifts through all the gears fine, but there is some noise present even after up to speed. the noise is not the same all the time almost as if something is moving around in the tranny. Anybody have an idea or had any or all these same things happen before? Tell me what you know. thanks
