Am looking at a 1996 Mercury Tracer Wagon with 80K as a delivery/service vehicle but it has an intermittent problem. About 75% of the time when the ignition is turned on the heater blower doesn't work. Relays click but no fan or wipers. Other 25% of the time everything works just fine. Bad relay, ground?? Anybody seen this before? Ideas? Thanks in advance, I don't want to buy this vehicle if this is a big deal, but the car is in excellent shape otherwise.
