71 ltd 351w surges in drive with brake on at stoplights, etc. it drives fine otherwise. has new plugs, wires, coil, and points. dwell is 27 and timing is set to 6b according to book. could someone tell me what might be the possibilities of the surging. carburator? distributor? would the throttle position solenoid being out of adjustment cause this? thanks for any suggestions.
