Looking for some help with a friend's car. The speedo does not drop below
10 and appears to be reading off by at least 10 or more mph while driving. When stopping, speedo needle will drop normally to about 15, then pause, then drop to 10. From what I have been told, the temp gauge is also suspect (does not move from normal range, even on cold starts) and the fuel gauge may also be inaccurate.Is there a way to recalibrate the gauges on this vehicle? Any known issues regarding this problem? Might I need a new inst. cluster?
